What is Polish Text?

Polish Text helps you improve the grammar, clarity and flow of your text. It focuses on the quality of your language rather than legal content.

You can choose between two modes:

• Only obvious errors: corrects clear grammar or spelling mistakes, similar to a final junior-level check.

• Full polish: rewrites your text more extensively, like a native speaker editing for tone and readability.

Once the results are ready, you can either insert everything at once, insert only selected parts or apply the changes with track changes enabled.

Polish Text goes beyond Word’s grammar check by actually understanding the meaning of your text.
