# Can I add my own custom checks to Proofreading?

No, this is not possible. The checks that ClauseBuddy does in this feature are built into it. But if you have specific rules or requirements, you can add them in the Reviewing module.\

You can also always use the [Doc Chat](https://help.clausebuddy.com/doc-chat/) module to ask questions about your document.\
\
You can then do any spell-checks again via [Polish Text](https://help.clausebuddy.com/polish-text/).
