Introduction

Users within ClauseBuddy with admin access have access to the Statistics of users within their company.

These can be accessed in the account menu:

Setting a Timeline

First and foremost, a date range can be set in the menu that appears. This is used to display statistics of ClauseBuddy usage within that period:

Overview of Key Usage Statistics and User Activities

After setting the date range, you'll get an overview of different statistics and their corresponding quantities for each category. Some statistics also include the names of users:

  • Clause Library: This provides you with an overview of the number of clauses, Q&As, users, and Answer sets on the earliest Sunday within the selected time period. This is because new statistics are drawn every Sunday.

  • Open ClauseBuddy: This shows how many times ClauseBuddy was logged into. It will also display the name of the user with the number of logins.

  • Keyword search: This shows how many keyword searches were performed within the Quality Library using the "Keywords" feature.

  • Browse clauses: This statistic shows how many times clauses were searched for in the Quality Library using the "Browse" feature.

  • AI requests: This shows how many AI requests were made within ClauseBuddy. This is not only for requests within the "Generative AI" features but also for reviewing your document or modifying the clause after finding it within the Truffle Hunt. In other words, this statistic covers all actions involving AI.

  • Create clause:

  • Change clause:

  • Create a new Q&A: This shows how many new Q&As were created within the specified period by a specific user.

  • Change Q&A: This shows how many times a series of changes were made within a Q&A by a specific user. In other words, when you open the Q&A and make one change or fifteen changes, you've modified your Q&A once, and the counter in the statistics will increase by one.

  • Insert clause: This shows how often a specific user implemented a clause in the active document. This can be from the Quality Library, Truffle Hunt, Samples Hunt, etc. In other words, each time a clause is implemented by means of the "insert button".

  • Top inserted clauses*: This gives you a ranking of the most inserted clauses in your active document.

  • Top templates*: This gives you a ranking of the most used templates.

*It may be noticeable that '(export of unsaved template)' is included in the list. This is because ClauseBuddy looks at the title of the template, and when the template has not been saved, there is no title. Therefore, ClauseBuddy will display this in the statistics as '(export of unsaved template)'.
